Hofi Ashdod runs the city's beaches, where summer means thousands of equipment rentals, returns and payments across multiple sites — plus local businesses that want in on the experience.

Before Tectari

Beach equipment, returns and payments had no shared system. Staff tracked gear on paper, late returns slipped through, and there was no way to reward customers or tie local businesses into a single experience.

What we built

Customers pick a beach, book chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds online and receive a unique QR by email; staff scan it to check equipment in and out, with automatic charges for late returns. On top sits AshdodCoin, secure per-customer QR codes, email-approved point redemptions and a full audit log, so every participating business can be reconciled each month.
