The challenge
Beach equipment, returns and payments had no shared system, and there was no way to reward customers or tie local businesses into the experience.
What we built
Customers pick a beach, book chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds online and receive a unique QR by email; staff scan it to check equipment in and out, with automatic charges for late returns. On top sits AshdodCoin — secure per-customer QR codes, email-approved point redemptions and a full audit log, so every participating business can be reconciled each month.
The outcome
One platform now runs bookings, payments, returns and loyalty across the city's beaches — and is expanding to business landing pages and restaurant reservations.
