The challenge
Daily work — jobs, cash, expenses and closing reports — was spread across paper and messages, leaving the owner without a clear, real-time picture of the business.
What we built
We built role-based panels for managers and staff: create and assign jobs with statuses, dates and payments; track revenue, profit and scheduled work; log expenses and cash; produce Z/closing reports; manage customer issues and vehicle checks — all usable from a phone in the field.
The outcome
The owner now sees jobs, money and staff activity in one place, with daily reports that make closing the day fast and accurate.
