Overview

Crystal Finish is a car-detailing business run largely in the field, where jobs, cash, staff and customers all move fast — and the owner needs to know where things stand without being on site.

Before Tectari

Daily work — jobs, cash, expenses and closing reports — was spread across paper and messages. Counting the day's takings meant chasing each worker, and the owner had no clear, real-time picture of the business.

What we built

We built role-based panels for managers and staff: create and assign jobs with statuses, dates and payments; track revenue, profit and scheduled work; log expenses and cash; produce Z/closing reports; manage customer issues and vehicle checks, all usable from a phone in the field.
