Overview
Benita rents stages and event equipment, where every job is a moving target of dates, gear, deliveries and contracts. A single booking touches sales, logistics and finance at once.
Before Tectari
Quotes lived in one tool, contracts in another, payments in a spreadsheet and the schedule in someone's head. Preparing a booking meant hunting through WhatsApp, Excel and a drawer of paper contracts — and once a job was live, no one could see its full status in one place.
The business problem
Quotes, contracts, payments and deliveries were tracked across scattered tools, making every booking slow to prepare and hard to follow once it was live.
What we built
We built a single system that generates structured quotes with date ranges, pricing and round-trip delivery, turns an approved quote into a contract, sends automated emails to the client, and tracks every order through its statuses, with action logs and role-based access for managers, staff and clients.
Key features
- Structured quotes with date ranges, pricing and round-trip delivery
- One-click conversion from approved quote to signed contract
- Automated client emails at every step
- Order tracking through each status, with full action logs
- Role-based access for managers, staff and clients
Results
The whole rental cycle now runs as one organized, automated flow, faster to quote, safer to manage, and clear to everyone involved.
