Privacy Policy

Tectari (tectari.com) respects the privacy of everyone who visits our website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: July 2026

Information we collect

When you submit a form on our site, we collect your name, phone number, business name and the area you want to improve. Your email address, the tools you work with today, a rough start date and any free text you write are optional fields, and we only collect them if you choose to fill them in. You do not need to create an account, and we do not collect sensitive personal data.

Campaign information

On our campaign landing pages (for example tectari.com/fac1) we also keep the campaign parameters that appear in the URL you arrived through, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and Facebook's click identifier (fbclid), along with the page you came from and the time you arrived. This is held in your browser for the visit, sent with your enquiry, and tells us which ad brought you to us.

How we use your information

We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about working together, and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a number of providers to run the site. Our pages are hosted on Vercel. Enquiries from our forms are delivered to our inbox through the email service Resend, and copied to a Google Sheet (Google) so we can keep track of them. Our campaign landing pages run a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure ad performance. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The site itself uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work and to remember the language you chose. Our campaign landing pages (for example tectari.com/fac1) run a Meta (Facebook) pixel. It measures page views, the start of a form, a submitted enquiry and clicks on our contact links, so we can see how our ads perform and improve them, and to do so it may store Meta cookies in your browser (such as _fbp). We run no other analytics tools. If you would rather not be measured this way, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings, use the ad preferences in your Meta account, or contact us.

Data retention

Enquiries from our forms are kept in our inbox and in our leads spreadsheet only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, after which they are deleted. Measurement data collected by the pixel is retained by Meta under its own policy.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us, and to ask that we stop using your details for advertising measurement. We will act on your request within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date shown below reflects the most recent update.
